Reportedly the oldest operating aquarium in the world, you can see giant turtles, stingrays, sharks, seahorses, tropical fish and walk through the underwater tunnel. Great experience for the whole family.

This is actually a hidden gem! There is an adventure playground with forts and assault courses, a boating lake where you can go rowing, a children's farm with animals and birds, birds of prey, an indoor softplay place, go-karts, a playground for under 10s with a huge sand pit.

There's also bungee trampolines, rock climbing, slides and crazy golf. Bring your own picnic or get food at one of their 3 eateries. It's absolutely fabulous in a very non-tacky way. A full day out for children of all ages.

Open throughout the summer from 10am - 5.30pm. Tesco days out vouchers are accepted.

The Ashdown Forest Riding Centre is located in the heart of the Ashdown Forest, there are 6500 acres of unspoilt beautiful heathland and woodland. Pony Trekking and Stud Farm, Pony rides and pony birthday parties.

Located on the B2118, the Tunbridge Wells Road from Kind Standing.

Lots of sea creatures including jellyfish, seahorses, puffer fish and lobsters.

They have regular talks and feeding displays plus an education room where children to do word searches, drawing and colouring. It's also a good place to sit and rest for parents/grandparents!

There are toilets/changing facilities and also a small cafe and gift shop.
