Room
on the Broom,
The Pavilion Theatre, Marine Parade, Worthing BN11 3PX
From Monday 1 to Tuesday
2 March
Adapted from the best-selling book written by Julia Donaldson
and illustrated by Axel Scheffler.
"How the cat purred and how the witch grinned, as
they sat on their broomstick and flew through the wind…"
The witch and her cat are flying happily along on their
broomstick – until a mighty wind blasts her hat,
bow and wand away into the night! All is not lost however,
as they meet some fun new friends who help retrieve the
witch’s lost things. A daft dog, a bizarre bird and
a friendly frog; one after the other, they all hop on the
broom for a ride...but it’s not meant for five and – CRACK – the
broom snaps in two! When a hungry dragon appears, who will
save the poor witch? And will there ever be room on the
broom for everyone?
